Private/Charter 44m MY based in the South of France, EU flag, 8 crew members.
The project
We are looking for a Deckhand (doing watches) to start on the 1st of October in Italy until the mid November, to help in the shipyard, learn the boat and get to know the crew. If it goes well, the position will step up to First Mate.
Desired profile
- French and English speaking is mandatory
- Up to date basic training STCW10 and medical certificate
- OOW 500 is mandatory, OOW 3000 is a plus for the future rotational First Mate position
- ECDIS certificate is compulsory
- Having a team spirit and a smiley personality are essential
Salary
- Deckhand (seasonal): ~4,200€ net/month (paid holidays and everything included)
- Chief Mate: ~4,400€ net/month, rotation 2 months on / 2 months off
