EXPERIENCED PERSONAL ASSISTANT - REMOTE - *** EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ONLY *** 

We are looking for an Experienced Personal Assistant (Remote) for one of our private VIP clients. 

You will work remotely for the client's family, but in the property as well from time to time.

It is a LIVE-OUT position.

The project

The personal assistant performs administrative support activities.

He / She must have experience in office procedures, have strong communication skills, should be organized and possess a strong aptitude for working with and assisting people.

You are someone who accompanies the needs of the client in the highest standards

You offer personalized services, thanks to great interpersonal skills. You bring a proactive approach in handling the personal or business affairs of the client.

As the personal assistant, you are highly resourceful. You are able to use our existing connections to achieve your tasks, or build new connections in the process.

You are discreet in communicating information to clients, and you deliver precise relevant information about a specific person the client meets, keeping in mind the appropriate setting. 

You maintain credibility & diplomacy, and are knowledgeable on dealing when administering your tasks

You will have top communication skills and are used to working out of hours when required, 

You are  solutions driven, quick on your feet and able to multitask under pressure and strict deadlines. 

You have a strong common sense and charming personality to get things done without a fuss 

The Principal will count on you to be a true right hand in all aspects so your reliability and commitment must be 100%. 

Typical duties include:

  • Managing incoming emails, phone calls and post 
  • Extensive diary and travel logistics management, coordinating with worldwide teams, family and press
  • Planning & scheduling meetings and appointments, sometimes on short notice 
  • Making International travel arrangements - obtaining visas, reserving transport and accommodation 
  • Organising & planning events, conferences, get-togethers, etc. 
  • Compiling reports, managing day to day expenses, maintaining procedures implement within the family/property
  • organise maintenance, suppliers, trades and schedules for the properties and keep everything up to date
  • Efficiently co-ordinating with existing staff members, external suppliers, clients, etc.
  • Research for the Principals on both business and personal matters

Profile Desired:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience working as a Personal Assistant for private VIP clients - (full time & part time). This point is non-negotiable
  • Candidates with experience overlapping in Property Manager cannot be considered due to client’s demands
  • Candidates with experience overlapping with Head of Service (Maitre d’Hotel) cannot be considered due to client’s demands
  • You are flexible & able to cope with last-minute changes
  • You have a strong attention to detail in terms of presentation and other aspects
  • You are patient, kind and have the ability to work as part of a team 
  • You have strong organisation & time management skills
  • You have excellent computer skills (Mac, Windows, Office, Home Office management software, etc.)
  • Fluency in French, English & Russian (written & spoken) is mandatory (Native level or official certification required). This point is non-negotiable.
  • Kazakh, Italian and other languages would be considered a big plus
  • You live in a 25 km radius from Monaco, a maximum of 1 hour drive to Monaco.
  • You have a car and a valid driver's license. This point is non-negotiable.

Working Rhythm:

This is a remote position, hence you should be available around the clock, based on the family's schedule. For this reason, you should live in a 25 km (1 hour drive) radius from Monaco

Salary: based on experience and profile
