About the yacht
The boat is a 34m busy private Motor yacht based in SOF, nearby Monaco.
EU flag , 5 crew members on board and able to welcome up to 10 guests.
The project
We are looking for a Chef ready to start from the beginning of April until the mid/end of October. The crew has been working together for 3 years, so the ideal candidate is ready for long-term commitment.
The boat will cruise in the Med this summer.
The crew are international and English is the spoken language onboard.
We are looking for a male candidate due to cabin arrangement.
Cruising area will be locally in the Western Med, with a longer month long trip to the Balearics in August.
Desired profile
- You need to be fluent in English and have a can do attitude, and minimum conversational French would be also welcomed as the owners are French.
- Food style is Med focused, family style cooking, but with the odd fine dining dinner.
- Someone really dynamic, autonomous, team player, fit and positive attitude.
- It is a really busy role so you must be fit and energetic.
- You must be able to attend face to face interviews.
- At least 2-3 seasons of experience is required.
- Up to date ENG1, STCW.
Salary: up to 6000 euros, depending on experience and profile. This is an official contract so all French social payments are available to local residents at the end of the contract.
