Marinescence is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and commercially driven independent sales professional to develop advertising and brand placement sales across its digital platform.
You will help businesses reach an international community of yacht crew, captains, yacht managers, owners and private household professionals.
What you will sell
- Business listings and premium visibility in the Marinescence Partners directory.
- Homepage advertising and brand placements.
- Partner photo placements within Crew Spotlight.
- Sponsored articles and tailored advertising packages.
Your role
You will manage the sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals and developing lasting client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting businesses in yachting, luxury, hospitality and related services.
- Connecting with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
- Understanding their objectives and recommending relevant advertising opportunities.
- Presenting proposals, following up and negotiating within agreed commercial terms.
- Coordinating campaign launches with the Marinescence team.
- Developing renewals, repeat business and new opportunities within your client portfolio.
- Keeping your sales pipeline organised and sharing clear progress updates.
Your profile
You enjoy meeting people, starting conversations and turning opportunities into results. You bring initiative, curiosity and a positive approach to business development.
You are comfortable prospecting by phone, email, social media and through professional networking. You communicate clearly, follow through on your commitments and can organise your activity independently.
Experience in advertising sales, digital media, sponsorship or business development would be valuable. Knowledge of the yachting industry or an existing professional network would be an advantage.
Professional English is essential. French and other languages are welcome.
