We are looking for an experienced House Manager ready to start working asap for a permanent contract.
This position is live out, so you need to have your own accommodation nearby.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of the property, gardens, and grounds
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and document reviews
- Oversee suppliers and contractors
- Manage household bills and administrative tasks
- Run errands and coordinate daily household needs
- Supervise household staff (housekeepers, chefs, nannies, governesses)
- Schedule and oversee home maintenance and repair projects
Desired profile
- 8 years of experience as a House Manager
- Fluent English, some French an advantage
- Good organizational abilities
- Team leader
- Non-smokers only
